Artist's Comments

XD I had snuck into my neighbors backyard to take this one. It was too magnificent not to take a picture of. It was almost like god was glaring at me through the branches of those trees, made me kind of nervous. It was about 3:30 PM when I took this, and surprisingly warm for November. o_O; I don't know why I haven't put this one up ages ago. Anywho, comments and criticism anyone?

Wow! This is truly awesome! Only critique is that I may have cropped it a little differently, leave out the random bright green branch in the upper left corner.
Other than that, sw33t! :D

XD Yes, I would have liked to crop it more, but I have no way of doing that as viruses have invaded photo munipulating programs on my computer. And I would have liked to have gotten rid of that branch, it kept hitting me and knocking me off the fence when I was trying to get a good shot. XD Tis eeeevil. Anyway, thankyou's. :3

and you're welcome; it truly is a great shot. :D

wow i really like this photo. I often take pictures in the woods, something so tranquil about them. I love it how the light shines through the branches and onto the floor. If you were about to edit this, i would suggest emphasising the difference between light and shadow. I like the branch in it as i think it adds perspective however i think it would benefit with being of a darker tone, less contrasting with the rest of the piece. The glare of the light I think is a little over exposed and might benefit from being thinner rays. Hopefully this has been of some use to you...

Thankyou, your tips are much apreiciated as I am only a beginer photographer, this was mostly a test to see what I could do with the crappy camera of impending doom could do with a bunch of trees and the sun. XD
